The layout and the instrument follow Rauno Freiberg's Devouring Details: one grey scale, one orange. Text is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, headings in Literata, and labels in a monospace. If it's easier to read, everything can switch to OpenDyslexic: press O, or use the line at the foot of the page on a phone.

The orange line is where you are. It starts at the top of the ruler in the margin and slides down it as you read; at the end of the page it reaches the bottom. The dot sits beside the heading you're in.

Built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel. Posts are Markdown files in a Git repository. Every page is also available as plain Markdown by adding .md to its address, and there's a feed, a JSON feed and an llms.txt for anything that reads sites for a living.
